The Vice Chancellor of Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU), Prof. Dr. Nasir Mahmood, has announced an extension of the admission deadline for the second phase of Semester Spring 2024. Now, students can apply without incurring any late fee until April 25.
This decision comes in response to student requests, considering the upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr holidays. The Director of Admissions briefed the Vice Chancellor on the ongoing admissions, highlighting the necessity for an extended deadline.
In line with AIOU’s commitment to student welfare, the Vice Chancellor approved the extension, ensuring that necessary measures are in place to facilitate student enrollment. Previously, the deadline for admission was April 15.
Interested students can now apply for various programs including Associate Degree in Arts (BA), Associate Degree in Commerce (BCom), BBA, B.Ed, BS, Post Graduate Diplomas, and Certificate courses until April 25, without facing any late fee charges.
