PML-N President Mian Nawaz Sharif at his Raiwind residence on Wednesday to sympathize with him over sad death of his brother Mian Abbas Sharif. Dr Qadeer remained there for some time and also offered “Fateha” for the eternal peace of left soul. PML-N leaders Sardar Mehtab Khan Abbasi, Ahsan Iqbal, Tariq Azeem and others were also present on the occasion.
Moreover, President of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Nawaz Sharif chaired a meeting of his party leaders in which various issues including seat adjustment with opposition parties and election alignment were discussed.
Opposition leader in the National Assembly Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, Khawaja Mohammad Asif, Syed Ghaus Ali Shah and others participated in the meeting. The meeting also discussed different issues relating to formation of caretaker set up. The meeting also discussed official names on provincial levels.
Sources laid claim that during the meeting, views were also exchanged over current political and economic situation in the country as well matters concerning to upcoming general elections.
The sources said Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan emphasized for a greater bond of the right-wing political forces before the general polls. Dr Khan requested the PML-N chief that all right-wing patriotic forces should get united ahead of elections.
