Chief Minister Kissan Card Scheme Phases
- Online Registration: Farmers can register for the scheme online.
- Eligibility: All farmers with land holdings up to 12.5 acres are eligible.
- Mobile SIM Requirement: Farmers must have a mobile SIM registered against their own CNIC (PMD Verified).
- Land Ownership: Farmers who own land and have their land records available in PLRA are entitled to the loan.
- Digital Verification: Farmers will be verified digitally through an interface between the farmers’ registration database (by PITB) and PLRA records.
- Issuance of Kissan Card: Upon registration and verification of land, and further verification from NADRA, PMD, and eECIB, farmers will be issued a Chief Minister Kissan Card by the Bank of Punjab.
- Loan Facility: Initially, the loan facility will be provided to 500,000 farmers on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Loan Amount: The maximum loan per farmer per season will be Rs. 150,000 for 5 acres (@PKR 30,000/acre).
- Usage of Loan: The loan amount can only be used for the purchase of agricultural inputs (Fertilizer, Seed, etc.).
