Ayyan started her career as a model at the age of sixteen. She has worked with renowned fashion designers include Hassan Sheheryar Yasin, Karma, Chinyere (Bareeze), and Gul Ahmed. She has also appeared in several television commercials. Ayyan is known for her hard work, friendly nature, and professionalism. In one of her interviews, she had said:
“You should know the difference between vulgar and decent. You can carry a short skirt in a nice way. It depends on you.”
