PM Nawaz Sharif Arrives In New York today

PM Nawaz arrives in New York to attend UNGA session

NEW YORK Times – Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif  Pakistan has reached New York on Sunday to attend  United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) session. He will work on  highlighting the Kashmir issue before the comity of the two  nations from this esteemed program, reported Dunya News.

Foreign Secretary Aizaz Ahmad Chaudhary said  to media  that the Prime Minister will address the General Assembly on Wednesday and highlight the world attention towards Indian state terrorism in occupied Kashmir for many years.

PM Nawaz was welcomed  by Pakistan’s permanent envoy to United Nations Dr Maleeha Lodhi at the airport in New York.

The foreign secretary said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will also address a meeting relating to refugees In Pakistan.
