Lahore, January 8, 2024: In a strategic move, the PCB has appointed Mohammad Rizwan as the vice-captain of the Pakistan Men’s T20I team. The 31-year-old wicket-keeper batsman, with an impressive T20 career featuring 85 matches and 2,797 runs, will be taking on the role of vice-captain in the Pakistan Cricket team with the main captain Shaheen Shah Afridi. Their first challenge together will be the upcoming five-match T20 series against New Zealand, scheduled to kick off on January 12, 2024, in New Zealand.
