NADRA Centralised Complaint Management System (NCCMS) has extended its magnitude for the redressal of grievances of the public while covering all types of NADRA complaints including Alien Registration Card, Benazir Mazdur cards (Sessi), cancellation of ID documents, child registration certificates, CNIC, birth, death, marriage, or divorce certificates, family registration certificate, vehicle registration, juvenile card, kamyab Pakistan program, Naya Pakistan housing program, Nims Certificates, Pakistan origin card, pensioners proof of lift, Sehat card plus, Sehat Sahulat program for federal and Punjab, vehicle smart card and many others including NADRA official website.

How to Make NADRA Complaint through NCCMS
People have different platforms to make a complaint in Pakistan or abroad like through a helpline, social media channels i.e. Twitter, Facebook, Pakistan citizen portal or by writing applications/complaints or coming physically to NADRA offices or headquarters. For calling NADRA has its helpline 1777 for mobile phone users, 051-111786100 for landline users and international callers, Email, and Social Media – complaints received by Customer Services Department (CSD), NADRA Twitter & Facebook handles and Regional DGs through their social media accounts.
If you have any complaint regarding NADRA, you may make a complaint by following these guidelines here.
- Visit the official website of NADRA www.nadra.gov.pk
- Click on Complaint, and you will get the interface of the NADRA Customer care complaint Page or you may also visit https://complaints.nadra.gov.pk/ for launching a complaint.
- Click on Register a complaint
- Enter your information as Full Name, Citizen Number, Tracking ID, Email, Country name, contact number, Complaint Category and complaint details and click on the launch complaint button.
