The tools you will be need for applying the eye-shadow are below.

1. A Bone-colored Matte Shadow 
2. A Taupe-colored Matte Shadow
3. A Pearl or Gold Shimmer Shadow
4. A Metallic Pencil Eyeliner 
5. A Champagne-colored Shimmer Stick 
6. Mascara

MATTE STEPS

There are three Steps for applying Matte in Eye Shadows.

Apply the bone shadow all over the lid. This will be the base shadow for the shimmer which you will apply later on.

Apply taupe shadow in the crease with a crease brush back and forth like windshield wipers.

Apply the same taupe shadow along the bottom lashline. You can also use the same brush as the crease.

METALLIC STEPS

The Metallaic steps on How To Apply Eye Shadows Correctly are as follows.

The first step is that you dab your finger in the shimmer shadow and tab it along the center of the lid.

The next step is; line the upper lashline with metallic pencil, focusing on outer corner.

The third step is that you highlight the inner corner of the eye using the shimmer stick.
