- Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
- Eggs 2
- Salt to taste
- Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tbsp
- Roasted & crushed coriander 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Red chili 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
- Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
- Makai flour or gram flour 2 tbsp
- Green chili as required
- Tomato 2
- Onion 2
Instructions
- Mix eggs, salt, garam masala, red chili, crushed red chili, pomegranate seeds, cumin, coriander, coriander leaves and gram flour nicely.
- Now make chapli kabab and keep in freezer.
