Ingriedents:
- Chicken 1 ½ kg (cut into 12 pieces)
- Onion 4 (finely sliced)
- Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Yogurt ½ kg (well beaten)
- Cinnamon sticks 2
- Small cardamoms 8
- Clove 8
- Oil 1 cup
- Tomato 2 (finely chopped)
- Mint leaves ½ cup
- Fresh coriander ½ cup
- Green chili 3
- Coconut milk 1 cup
- Poppy seed 2 tbsp
- Almond 10
- Red chili powder 2 tbsp
- Coriander powder 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Cashew nuts 10
- Shah zeera 1 tsp (into a fine paste)
Directions:
- First grind all ingredients including (poppy seed, almond, cashew nuts, and shah zeera) in a grinder and make a paste.
- In a big skillet heat the vegetable oil and add into fresh onions and give it medium heat till it sauted.
- After onions fry add ginger garlic paste, fresh coriander, mint leaves, green chilies and again on medium heat and fry it.
- Add the Spices powder ( Garam Masala) and roast it for few minutes then add chicken pieces .
- Make cooking with stirring till oil floats and then add yogurt, tomatoes, ground paste, and coconut milk and add 1 cup of water.
- Add some water and Cover the skillet and put it to simmer till all chicken pieces tenders
- Let the Korma be Chicken and your delicious Chicken Dish is ready to serve.
- Use Korma Chicken with bread (Chupati, naan or with Rice).
