  1. How to make Halwa (Sweet Semolina):
    • Heat ghee in a pan and add semolina (suji).
    • Roast the semolina on low heat until it turns golden brown and aromatic.
    • In another pan, heat water and sugar together until the sugar dissolves completely.
    • Slowly add the sugar syrup to the roasted semolina while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
    • Cook the mixture on low heat until it thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan.

    • Remove from heat and keep aside.

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour and salt.
    • Gradually add water and knead to form a smooth dough.
