Steps for Acquiring a Child Registration Certificate BForm NADRA

To get a B Form NADRA or identity card for children under 18 years old follow these steps here under:

• Bring the child’s computerized birth certificate along with one parent or a court-appointed guardian.
• If both parents are present, one will apply while the other will verify.
• If one parent is present, the application form must be verified by a Gazetted Officer or public representative (such as an MNA, MPA, or municipal official).
• The child must be present for the identity card. A photograph of the child and fingerprints for children older than 10 years will also be taken.

Note: If a computerized birth certificate is not available, a manual birth certificate from the Union Council or a school certificate will be accepted.
