Low-Fat Pasta Recipe (Chicken Soup Recipe)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg Chicken mince
  • 3 Onion (sliced)
  • 1 inch piece Ginger
  • 2-3 Spring onion sliced
  • 1 1/2 jug Chicken Stock
  • 1 tsp Crushed black pepper
  • 3-4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Mushroom slices
  • 1/2 cup Corn flour
  • 4 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 2-3 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Separate 3-4 eggs into yolks and egg whites.
  2. Heat 2-3 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry the egg yolks, then cut them into strips.
  3. In a separate pan, bring 1 1/2 jug of chicken stock to a boil. Add mushroom slices, sliced onions, ginger, minced chicken, salt, and crushed black pepper. Let it boil.
  4. Mix 1/2 cup of corn flour in water until smooth. Pour into the soup along with 4 tbsp of soya sauce and sliced spring onions.
  5. Add the beaten egg whites and cook until the soup thickens.
  6. Garnish with fried egg yolk strips.
