According to rescue Teams, the blast took place when the Christian community was assembled at church for worship.
The dead bodies of the blast included children and women who were shifted to the Lady Reading Hospital.
The Chief Executive Leady Reading Hospital (LRH) has affirmed killing of over 60 peoples in the blasts. Emergency has been held in the Leady Reading Hospital (LRH) and extra staff has been appointed.
Additional Inspector General Shafqat Malik of the Bomb Disposal Squad said to media reporters that two suicide bomb blasts had fulfilled the attack and that body parts of the attackers had been recovered and sent for forensic examinations.
He added that six kilograms of explosives were used in the suicide vests of the bombers.
Security and rescue teams reached the blast incident and cordoned off the area as a investigation into the incident went underway.
