WASHINGTON: Pakistan’s Ambassador Sherry Rehman in United States meet With the American Representative Eliot Engel and discussed relations between two Countries.
The meeting was part of the Ambassador’s outreach campaign to the 113th Congress.
According to Pakistani Embassy Pakistan and Us Relations returns to a positive trajectory, the Us Democrat appreciates the pak US Relationship and particularly the upcoming historic constitutional transition from one government to the next.
Sherey Rehman took the opportunity to lay out Pakistan’s concerns and priorities in the relationship while giving details of Pakistan’s contributions and sacrifices in the fight against terrorism.
The Democrat from New York appreciated the present Pak Us relationship and said that both countries are fighting for the terrorism very well and also inquired about development in Pakistan and about upcoming general elections.
