Punjab School education department has closed all schools and colleges in the whole province. It has issued a notification on 27th April 2021 whereby all schools and colleges shall remain closed from 29th April to Eid Ul Fitr 2021. On account of the surging Covid-19 pandemic in the country, this decision has been made.

Said notification is as under:
NOTIFICATION:

In continuation of this Department’s Notification of even number dated 25.04.2021, all Public and Private Educational Institutions / Schools in all districts of Punjab shall remain closed w.e.f. 29.04.2021 till Eid-ul-Fitar, 2021, due to prevailing Covid-19 conditions.
