Karachi: A bomb blast occurred near old vegetable market on Thursday morning in which two persons and a senior police officer Inspector Shafiq Tanoli were killed.
According to Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Nasir Lodhi Inpector Shafiq Tanoli was killed in old Vegetable Market along with his friend near his house. Two people were dead at the spot and three others person were shifted to hospital and they are in very critical condition. Souces said.
It is essential to mention here that Shafiq Tanoli was investigating the Wali Khan Babar’s murder case and earlier he had also several attack on his life.
