Hakimullah Mehsud Pakistan Taliban Leader Killed today by US Drone Strike on Friday, All security  sources confirmed.

According to security sources of Intelligence and army Hakimullah Mehsud was killed by US drone  strike in Pakistan’s North Waziristan region.

“We can confirm Hakimullah Mehsud was killed in the drone strike,” one senior security official told Donpk.

Mehsud, who was conceived to be aged in his mid-30s, was one of Pakistan’s most wanted men. He has been accounted dead several times before.

The US offered $5m (£3.1m) for Mehsud’s catch after he looked in a farewell video with the Jordanian suicide bomber who killed seven CIA employees at a base in Afghanistan in 2009.

US officials have charged him with participation in the attack.

A drone strike killed Mehsud’s number two in May and one of his most trusted lieutenants was captured in Afghanistan last month.

The death follows months of debate over possible peace talks between the Taliban and the new government of Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, who elected in May Election 2013.
