Federal Government Educational Institutions (Cantonments/ Garrisons)/ Ministry of Defence has announced lecturers Jobs 2024 on a contract basis and inviting applications from Pakistani Nationals. The contract is initially for one year, with the possibility of an extension for another year if needed.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Master’s (16 years education) Degree or equivalent in the relevant subject.
- Age Limit: 22-28 years with a general relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit.
Age Relaxation
- 3 years for Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, recognized Tribes of the Tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir, and Gilgit Baltistan.
- 10 years for government servants with 2 years continuous Govt service.
- 15 years for Released or Retired Officers/ Personnel of the Armed Forces of Pakistan.
- 5 years for Widow/ Widower or Son/ Daughter of a deceased civil servant.

Important Notes
- The contract appointment will be terminated on completion of two years or the arrival of a permanent incumbent recommended by FPSC (whichever is earlier).
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview based on written test or grading.
- Written tests will be conducted at various locations across Pakistan.
- Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview.
- Government servants must provide a fresh No Objection Certificate / Departmental Permission Certificate.
- Dismissed/ removed employees of any organization or those with a criminal record are not eligible for employment.
- Candidates whose final results are announced after the closing date of the advertisement are not eligible to apply.
- FGEI (C/G) reserves the right to adjust the number of vacancies as per requirements.
- Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
- Test/ result intimation slips will not be sent through postal/ courier services.
- No TA/DA is admissible for the written test and interview.
