Iftikhar Chaudhry close aide told us that former CJP has decided to sue Imran khan for imposing him in General Election 2013 Rigging without any evidence. A notice is almost ready to send to Imran khan soon.
Iftikhar Chaudhry who was retired in last Year December and on his last days CJP also served a contempt notice to PTI Chairman for terming the returning officers in General Election 2013 as “Sharamnaak”. In recent past many times Imran khan said that chief justice of Pakistan was involved in 2013 Election Rigging and once he said while addressing on party 18th founding anniversary that chaudhary was involved in match fixing in General Election 2013 and also chaired a meeting with returning officers prior to Election.
PTI chief had demanded that those who are involved in election rigging should be exposed and put on trial under Article 6 of the Constitution.
Former Chief Justice said on his statement that “Imran khan‘s allegations are baseless, It was Election Commission of Pakistan’s Duty to appoint returning officers to perform their duties. Imran khan should bring proof in court, without evidence to make me guilty is not appropriate”.
