The World Judiciary Justice rejected the Indian demand for the transfer of Kulbhushan Jadhav and memorandum to India and rejected the Indian demand of challenging the punishment given by the Pakistani court to the Indian court. The passport was declared as the name of Hussain Mubarak Patel in the Islamic court justice.
