Japan Clinches Azlan Shah Cup in Penalty Shoot-out

Japan and Pakistan faced off in a super intense match of Azlan Shah Cup that ended in a draw, 2-2. But the real excitement came during the penalty shoot-out.

In the penalty shoot-out, Japan showed their skills and scored four goals, while Pakistan managed to get just one. So, in the end, Japan emerged victorious, winning the cup with a score of 4-1 in the penalty shoot-out.

But the Pakistan Hockey team has a great performance through out the tournament. They played their hearts out and managed to reach the final, earning themselves a well-deserved silver medal. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Punjab CM Maryam Nawaz congratulated the team for their efforts, and Punjab Sports Minister even announced a reward of Rs2 million for their outstanding performance.
