Chicken Murg Korma Recipe

Welcome to Dear visitors today we have come to know how to make chicken korma at home. Korma Recipe is very delicious and much enhanced by using Mint and Cilantro and squeezing a dash of lime before serve it. This dish is cooked in yogurt gravy and best applicable to eat with steamed Rice and naan.

Chicken Murg Recipe is very delicious and can be served for guests, parties and functions.


  • 1kg Chicken (Chopped in Small Pieces0How to make Chicken Murg Korma
  • 2Onions (medium, sliced)
  • 1½ cup yogurt
  • 2teaspoon Ginger (chopped)
  • 2teaspoon garlic (chopped)
  • 2teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1teaspoon Red preper (Chilli) powder
  • Salt (about 12 teaspoon)
  • 2, 3 long ilaichi


Take a cooking pan and heat the oil with onions until it gets brown color and then take out onto paper towel. In remaining oil put in long and ilaichi.

Add chicken and stirring, add ginger and garlic chopped and shaking it until mix will.

Put fried onions in blender with yogurt little water and make paste.

Now Add coriander powder, chili powder, salt into chicken pan and fry it until oil used.

Then add yogurt /onion mixture and add little water to prepare gravy you want.

Cook on medium heat for 30 minutes.

Chicken Korma is ready to serve with naan.
