Aaloo Gobi (Potato Cauliflower Curry) Recipe

Aaloo  Gobi is  very delicious  Spicy Vegetable  recipe that is served  with  Chapatis/ Naan  and yoghurt. It is also called potato and cauliflower curry recipe.  It is very famous in Indian and  Pakistan.  These two vegetables  are generally so common  and every group of people  like to eat this  spicy  recipe.

Ingredients:

  1. Potato 1 pao (250g)Aaloo Gobi  Vegetable (  Potato Cauliflower Curry) Recipe  in English
  2. Cauliflower 1/2 kg
  3. Onion (sliced) 2
  4. Tomato 2
  5. Green Chilli 5-6
  6. Green Coriander 1/2 bunch
  7. Chilli Flakes
  8. Ginger 1 inch
  9. Salt 1 tsp
  10. Cumin Seed 1 tsp
  11. Turmeric 1/2 tsp

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan saute onion and cumin seed.
  2. Add ginger cut cauliflower in small flower and add.
  3. Cut potatoes in small pieces and put in pan cover with lid and let it cook.
  4. When vegetable tender add salt, chilli flakes, turmeric and tomatoes cook on low flame in its own water
  5. Sprinkle coriander leaves and chopped chillies and serve.
