The Arrested men were made on the basis of CCTV camera footage and other hints, the media Said.
The girl, who went missing Thursday, was dumped outside a hospital in Lahore Friday after the rape case.
Lahore police chief Chaudhry Shafique Ahmad said the girl was in serious condition and was yet to give her statement.
