100 % brick kilns converted to zigzag technology

Punjab Government has successfully converted 100% of the total 7,896 BrickKilns, all across Punjab, on ZigZag technology. This technology helps to reduced pollution and saving cost also.

The official website of the Punjab Government has announced on Twitter that all brick kilns have been converted to zigzag technology across the whole province.

Earlier every winter season brick kilns were stopped working for almost four months but now they can be resumed on working all seasons.

During the crackdown, only the brick kilns adopting the zigzag technology were allowed to work.

Punjab Governments different teams are monitoring brick kilns regularly and also providing training to working for their proper functioning.
